Tuesday, October 21st 9:30--11:30 a.m. First Presbyterian Church 150 S. Ashland (enter on Catherine Ave) featuring candidates:
U.S. Senate Dick Durbin (D-incumbent), Steve Sauerberg (R), Kathy Cummings (Green), Larry Stafford (Libertarian)
U.S. Representative (3rd Congressional District) Dan Lipinski (D-incumbent), Jerome Pohlen (Green)
IL State Senate (41st District) Christine Radogno (R-incumbent), Audrey Manley (D), and (21st District) Dan Cronin (R-incumbent)
IL Representative (41st District) Bob Biggins (R-incumbent), Kevin O'Connor (Green), and (82nd District) Jim Durkin (R-incumbent)

IMPORTANT DATES for the NOVEMBER 4, 2008 ELECTION
(These deadlines are for residents of suburban Cook County)
September 25 First day for absentee ballots to be sent out.
Download an application form: absenteeballot@cookcountygov.com, or pick one up at your local village/township hall.

October 7 Last day to register locally with deputy registrars at events in your community or in your village, city or township halls.
October 8 -- 21 Grace Period Registration only at the County Clerk's Office, 69 West Washington, Chicago. If you register during this period, you must vote immediately after registering or apply for an absentee ballot. You may not vote at the polls on election day.
October 13 -- 30 Early Voting - a government issued photo I.D. is required.

Monday -- Friday 8:30 A.M. + 5 P.M.
Saturday 9:00 A.M. + 5 P.M.

Bridgeview Courthouse, 10220 S. 76th Avenue, Room 238
Also, open Sunday 9:00 A.M. + noon

October 30 Last day to send in an application for an absentee ballot
November 4 Presidential General Election
(Tuesday) Polls open 6 A.M. -- 7 P.M.
